I've been a more than satisfied customer of Proctor Acura for several years. Their focus is on the auto's performance. They have skilled technicians that know my car's engine and want to keep me safe and r for several years. Their focus is on the auto's performance. The waiting room is clean, convenient and comfortable. Of course, having coffee and snacks ia a lovely bonus. The BEST thing about the service department is the competence and sincere desire to put me in a safe car! Charles Boykin is not only a professional, he has a delightful disposition and willingness to insure that my experiences are always A+. No one has tried to get me to 'chunk' my car and get a new one. They seem to care about circumstances and pocketbook. (hard to find) When talking with friends about cars and repairs, my friends who do not own Acuras tell me they wish they did! Sincerely, helen A.
