I brought my vehicle in on 11-23 for an oil change. The service person told me the going rate for an oil change was $72. The last time I brought my car here I paid $47.61. While I was waiting, the ser service person told me the going rate for an oil change was $72. The last time I brought my car here I paid $47.61. While I was waiting, the service person came out to tell me that my cabin filter was missing. I wondered how this could be because I changed it in July. I told them that I would pick up one on my way home and I was not going to pay for them to have it done. As soon as my car was ready I went out to the parking lot and checked to see if I was missing a cabin filter. I was NOT Missing a cabin filter! So I’m not sure if they were incompetent when they were checking, or if they were trying to get me to replace it and pay more? In either case I won’t be taking my car back to the dealership anymore to be serviced More
