I bought a CR-V in August from this dealership. Terry Rutledge was amazing. She assisted me over the phone because I had an emergency surgery and was unable to come in person! I needed a new car because I was unable to drive are get into my truck! I was able to get it done in a couple of days and was able to come in to sign paperwork. I brought my 2016 Civic to Proctor Honda for a transmission replacement, and they installed the transmission mount upside down. When I contacted Mr. Bobo, the service manager, instead of taking re transmission replacement, and they installed the transmission mount upside down. When I contacted Mr. Bobo, the service manager, instead of taking responsibility, he denied any wrongdoing. Coggin Honda in Jacksonville later confirmed the mount was installed incorrectly, provided proof, and fixed the problem. For a $6,600 repair, Proctor Honda chose denial over accountability. I would not trust them with my vehicle again. More

I also had him handle a last minute windshield wiper install just before I picked up my CR-V. All communications were quick and consistent with the issues discussed. The service was terrible. I had appt at 7:30 am didn't leave until 5:30 pm that's very unexceptable. Nobody was telling me nothing didn't offer me nothing.
