I brought my 2016 Civic to Proctor Honda for a transmission replacement, and they installed the transmission mount upside down. When I contacted Mr. Bobo, the service manager, instead of taking re transmission replacement, and they installed the transmission mount upside down. When I contacted Mr. Bobo, the service manager, instead of taking responsibility, he denied any wrongdoing. Coggin Honda in Jacksonville later confirmed the mount was installed incorrectly, provided proof, and fixed the problem. For a $6,600 repair, Proctor Honda chose denial over accountability. I would not trust them with my vehicle again. More

The service was terrible. I had appt at 7:30 am didn't leave until 5:30 pm that's very unexceptable. Nobody was telling me nothing didn't offer me nothing. My service advisor, William, was excellent. I am handicapped and William helped me with my Rollator, and made sure I got seated properly in the waiting lounge.
