Great Experience! I took my new Honda Accord in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Staff were welcoming and got me in and out during my lunch hour. I had my car towed to Proctor Honda on Tuesday, March 18th, so it would be there first thing on Wednesday, March 19th. I called PH to ask if that was okay and was assured it would be. I had several questions and they were so friendly and helpful. Wednesday, before noon, I received a call from Zac, letting me know they had my car done. They had started on it on Tuesday, even though my appointment wasn't until Wednesday morning. Again, every question I had was answered by Zac, quickly and efficiently. When I arrived to pick up my car, Zac walked up and asked if he could help me. When I identified myself, he immediately went and got my paperwork and my key and took me over to the woman who took my money and 'checked me out'. Everything was done so smoothly and efficiently. What a well run organization. I bought my 1998 Honda Civic from Proctor Honda and when I wanted to replace it, I went back to Proctor Honda because of the way they took care of me over the years. When I'm ready to replace my 2007, I'm sure I'll go back to Proctor Honda for my next car. More
Service department and Brian were very helpful. Needed a new battery and they called around Jacksonville Hondas to check and see if my battery was under warranty still. I just bought my Honda Civic less than a month ago at Proctor Honda. Noticed that it needed a slight adjustment and brought it in to the Proctor Honda Service Center.
