Recently I took my car into the Honda Service center at Proctor Honda to have some oil leaks fixed. I was very happy with the service and work they did. My main contact after dropping my car off was Rocky who updated me on the status of my car and the recommended fixes as well as the level of necessity each problem had - whether it could or couldn't wait. Rocky gave me an estimated time of when my car would be ready and before that time arrived he called me to let me know it was ready to be picked up. I appreciate accurate estimates and prompt communication - he made it clear through his actions that he valued my time as a customer. When I went to pick up my car I was greeted quickly and was escorted to the cashier with my paperwork. The cashier (whose name I wish I could remember) was great also - she was friendly, helpful, and efficient. My experience was great and I'm happy to have been a customer of theirs for many years now. Even called to let me know when my car was ready and made sure to have shuttle service arranged for me. Billy, the courtesy shuttle driver, is always very courteous and on time. I arrive early and have the option of waiting or being given a ride. I am given an estimate of time to wait and it has always been extremely accurate. My customer service rep. noticed that I was being billed for a service not needed and he quickly removed the charge. I would not have known the difference. I have been a solid loyal supporter of Proctor Honda for 15 years, and during that time I have never been disappointed in service or sales. Recent emergency service was no different. I had a recall on my vehicle and called Proctor Honda and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. When I arrived, I had just missed the shuttle to take me to work, so they called and asked him to com scheduled an appointment to have the work done. My service leader, Rocky Harrell, has been helping me for years, and is always professional, courteous and honest. I would recommend him to anyone! My car is running like new and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought my car from Proctor Honda 5 years ago and have always enjoyed their professional and welcoming environment. I know my Honda will last me many more years and its great to know that the Proctor team will always be there to take care of me. More

I took the shuttle to work and before 10:00 AM everything was completed and Billy (the shuttle guy) promptly picked me back up free of charge to retrieve my vehicle.
