We brought our 2009 CRV in for service. We had been discusing trading and had decided to keep our current vehicle. We purchased our 2007 and 2009 CRVs with Wayne. He said he could offer us a great deal on a new 2011 CRV. We really liked the 2009, but we agreed to run the numbers and see what it looked like. It turned out that we could trade the 2009 with 49,000 miles for a new 2011 for less money then I was currently paying. We just couldn't say no. We now have a beautiful new red 2011 CRV. The new vehicle also as 4 wheel drive, which will come in handy when we visit our children in Arizona. More
I brought my 08 Honda Civic in to get some work done on the brakes. He repeated the same on the morning I dropped my Civic off to be worked on and again when I called him on the phone later that day. Everything went smooth until I arrived at 5:30 that day to pick my car up and he handed me a bill for $180. At the same time he stated that the brake service was not under warranty despite the fact that he reassured me of that being the case several times before. While I was standing there trying to solve the issue, he repeatedly denied my claim lying right in front of me. I have never seen such disrespect from anybody in my life. The next day when I came to see the Don, the Service Manager, to address the issue the manager treated with a very rude attitude saying that he is not going to "deal with this fiasco" and then he turned around and walked away saying "well, I'm sorry" when I told him that I am a dissatisfied customer. That kind of an attitude is unacceptable especially from an employee who claims to have 18 years of experience. Furthermore, he totally supported his employee's claim that I have been informed of the charge for the service and attempted to place the blame on me. No customer deserves this kind of treatment and the manager had no right to patronize me based on my age (I am a college student). The manager also said that he has records of voicemails being left on mine and my mother's phone regarding the issue. No such voicemails have ever been recorded. I was forced to pay the $180 but what bothers me the most is the lies, disrespect and negative attitude that these two people treated me with! I don't think lying and disrespecting a customer are very good way to earn your business. For all I learned, the only thing Proctor Honda cares about is making money off you. I am never returning to Proctor Honda of Tallahassee for anything. They lost my business forever and I am not recommending this dealership to anybody. More
I sprained my ankle this morning before coming to have my Ridgeline serviced. Robert saw me hobbling to the center, then, moments later back to my car. He stopped me and asked to help. He went to my car, pulled it closer to the service center, and brought me my phone (which I'd been hobbling to get). Not ten minutes later, as I was ensconcing myself to work in the VERY comfortable service area (with desks for people who want to work, a TV area for people who want to watch TV, a non-TV area, far enough away for those who would like to read quietly, and a coffee and snacks area free and available to all), I knocked over my coffee. I began to clean and Robert saw me. He came over, brought more towels, and insisted on cleaning the floor where coffee had spilled, even though I was already trying to do so. He then insisted on getting me more coffee--and brought it back with creamer and sweetener though I'd forgotten to mention either. I found out--in asking if there was a way to put in a thank you for his kindness--that he has recently lost his wife of many years and has been working at Proctor for 30 years. I am so thankful to Robert. He's made what is essentially a not-so-pleasant, and in my case, today, a painful experience, feel warm and comfortable. Thank you Robert! More

I always bring my car to Rocky, because he makes sure that it's fixed right the first time. He always comes and sits with me in the customer lounge and explains to me what's going on with my car. I bought a 2008 civic in March and I absolutely love the car. My service rep Rocky Harrell was very pleasant and very helpful. I had a problem with my electrical system. called up rockey at proctor honda, described my problems to him. He recommended a wrecker to tow my car in and said when the car comes in he would take care of rockey at proctor honda, described my problems to him. Rockey called me right when the car came in and apologized that they would not be able to get it today but he would make sure its the first in the morning. Sure enough I get a phone call that morning telling me what was wrong, and how long it will take. I told him I couldn't pick the car up till the following day, he said no problem, it will be ready and waiting for you. I came in the next day, rocky wasn't there but the other took care of me nicely and I was in and out in five minuntes. Very happy with my whole experence. Friendly, timely, and helpful. More
