Everyone is so helpful and friendly at Proctor Honda! At first when I moved to Tallahassee for college I wasn't sure who to trust with my car. But then, after a much needed oil change, I decided to take it first when I moved to Tallahassee for college I wasn't sure who to trust with my car. But then, after a much needed oil change, I decided to take it into the Honda dealership. I was very impressed! For the next four years I didn't take my car anywhere but Proctor Honda. Although my car gave me more then a few problems, I never dreaded taking my car in because Proctor Honda always took care of the issue while accomidating me the best they could. If I was to be without a car for a few hours, they made sure I had a ride and was where I needed to be throughout the day. Rocky and Zach were especially very helpful and friendly! They always made sure my car was in and out without too much of a wait and hassle. And if my car was to be in the shop all day, they made sure to contact me throughout the day and update me on the status of my car. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. When I graduated from college, I decided it was time to buy a new car. Again, everyone was very helpful! If you are looking to buy a new car, ask for Billy! He was great! More
Mrs. Clark has been assisting me for over four years in getting my routine oil changes & maintenance. She is quick to get the paperwork done. After the work is completed, she always explains what specific getting my routine oil changes & maintenance. She is quick to get the paperwork done. When leasing my Civic almost two years ago and for any follow up service (very little has been needed) everyone has been courteous, helpful, and glad to answer any and all questions. Left CRV for 30000 service. Car promised in 3 hours, took me and son to mall. I called in 4 hours, said car was ready, but driver was busy and couldn't come for me at that time. I called back several took me and son to mall. I called in 4 hours, said car was ready, but driver was busy and couldn't come for me at that time. I called back several times in the next two hours and was told he would be there soon. He finally came and his story didn't match service advisors. When I got back I spoke to Service Manager who apologized and took $30 off service. No problem with service, but would hesitate to leave my car and go to mall. More
