Service with a smile I took my Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sherry was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I have finally found the right service man for me! I recently had to have my 2010 Tahoe in for service. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Neeley. He kept in constant contact with me about the process of my car. Since this was my only vehicle, he took care of the car rental as well. He was very polite and patient with me And I honesty felt like he took into consideration everything I had explained and expressed. I have had several great experiences at progressive but have not had the service experience like I did this time. Scott's direct line is going in my cell phone and I will specfically ask for him from this point forward. More
