AWESOME!!!!!! I came in and had an appointment with Jay Johnson ,,, told him what was going on with my car ,, I bought the car from KIA of Alliance ... seen the che I came in and had an appointment with Jay Johnson ,,, told him what was going on with my car ,, I bought the car from KIA of Alliance ... seen the check engine light come on ... took it back to Kia they told me it was my thermastat ... and wanted over 300 to fix it ..after i left Kia .. my gas gauge quit working ...took it back to Kia and they told me they would have to do another diagnostic ( they didn't sound like they wanted too) took it to Minerva Tire and they fixed what they could and told me to take it to a Chevy dealer....this is where Jay comes ... he was fantastic ..he listened to what i had to say told me he would check into it see what is going on and we would take it from there ,,, he really took great care of my car and made me feel hopeful and the end of the crazy journey ,,,cause I was a mess over this car .... my car came in growling like a hurt lion and left your establishment purring like a kitten ... I don't know how many Thanks yous are enough ,,, but I am truly grateful to Jay and your Team ... Thank you again so very much More
