Fred is a person that I rely on when my car(s) Ch I would like to give my appreciation and thanks to Fred Keller in Progressive's Service Department. Fred is a person that I rely on when my car(s) Chevy Cruze and Chevy Impala need service. He will go over any defects with the car(s) that the Service Department finds when I stop there. He recommends what needs to be done. If the will repair will last until the next service he will tell you. If it is in need at this service he explains why it should be done and what the consequence could happen if ignored. He goes on to explain if the cost outweighs the value of the vehicle. He goes beyond the Service Department. He watches our for the vehicle and the safety of the occupants inside. Vehicles have been purchased there due to his knowledge and concerns.
