Service Visit Engine Light came on for a few days, went out for a few miles then back on and off again. Called for service, got me straight in. Transmission replacement The transmission failed to engage and we had the van towed to Progressive Chrysler. We had purchased an extended warranty through Chrysler and Paige The transmission failed to engage and we had the van towed to Progressive Chrysler. We had purchased an extended warranty through Chrysler and Paige handled all the paperwork and provided us a rental car. There was an understandable delay while waiting for the warranty adjuster to approve the repair. We had an extended road trip planned a week after the breakdown and Paige did a wonderful job keeping us informed and ensuring the van was repaired as soon as possible after the new transmission arrived. Paige was friendly, professional, courteous and we felt she was sincerely looking out for us.. Thank you Paige. More
