Would recommend this dealership to others After discussing with my salesman Mitch Mann the possible purchase I would like to make but I needed to "think things over" I was approached before l After discussing with my salesman Mitch Mann the possible purchase I would like to make but I needed to "think things over" I was approached before leaving the parking lot that progressive would like my business. That being said, being in sales myself, you don't let a customer walk away. I felt they tried so I returned to finish the deal. I also had a problem with the interior of my vehicle when it was delivered and Tim Sanders took care of it with no problem. Honestly the experience went pretty smooth. I have purchased 7 Jeeps since 1998 from three different dealerships ranging from a Patriot up through a fully loaded C I am a very loyal Jeep owner. I have purchased 7 Jeeps since 1998 from three different dealerships ranging from a Patriot up through a fully loaded Commander. I can say without a doubt that the best experience I have ever had has been at Progressive. From the moment my wife and I walked onto the lot and were pleasantly greeted until the transaction was complete, we were made to feel like we were welcome at the dealership. This was actually the second time we purchased a vehicle from Dan Gordish at Progressive. Dan was so nice and helpful with our previous purchase that when it came time to buy another Jeep we immediately went to Progressive to look for Dan again. As we went through the process, Dan introduced my wife and I to Justin Carter. Justin took us through the paperwork process and was as kind as could be. While this may sound like common sense, even after the deal was done and the paperwork was completed, both Dan and Justin were just as nice! Amazing! In past purchases at other dealerships, it seemed like as soon as you shook hands on the deal they had no interest in you. This time, after we were done with the paperwork and ready to leave, Justin went outside with my wife and I to explore our new purchase. We bought the Trailhawk Edition of the Cherokee and absolutely love it. Justin took the time to program my wife's phone to the vehicle and even program some of her favorite radio stations into the radio. He walked us through all the features of the vehicle including helping us customize the controls, displays, etc of the vehicle. Justin also walked us around and introduced us to their Service department and walked us through the process of scheduling service in the future. Between Dan and Justin, Progressive has a real winning team! More

He inquired what we were looking for and began the process. Then the sales manager, another nice young man stepped in to introduce himself and take a look at our trade in. THEN, the owner came out to introduce himself, also a very nice young man. Throughout the process of looking at several different cars all three of the above were patient and courteous to us, and listened to our needs. In our opinion, a very good dealership to deal with.
