It was a three hour drive for us to reach the dealership. We had communicated to Mitch by phone on our trip and as we reached our destination I was pleased to see that Mitch had already pulled the vehicle up to the front of the lot along with another vehicle to also check out. There was no waiting!! All of the salesmen were very nice, we were treated well. Thank you Mitch for making this experience a good one and I love my vehicle. Andy Rocks! Walked in the dealership looking for a new vehicle for my wife. Met with Andy, and told him our budget. During the actual buying process, my wife had to breast-feed our 6 week old son. Andy had ZERO problems about us sitting at his desk to feed. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. John Marks in the finance department was excellent to work with also. He had the process streamlined, and we were out in minutes. The ONLY issue I have with the entire Progressive experience was the xxxxxxx manager(?) on duty...who chewed out a sales lady in the office next to us.
