They also tried to run my name through several banks without even asking me my salary information so I was rejected by each bank which takes points off your credit. When I called they didn't care and nobody from finance called me back. This place is horrible. More

Even when I was dealt a past credit dilemma which seriously jeopardized my loan approval, Clayton Sanders nullified the problem instantly...I can say without reservation that if not for his assistance in my financing, I would STILL be driving my 30 year old Buick Century ...and Roger Berning is such a genuinely caring and attentive person, that he not only addressed any questions or concerns I had, he put my worries at ease...He made me feel like a friend...HOW INCREDIBLE!! Between Dean Waldron & Tim Sanders, the deal-making process was smooth. Upon purchasing the vehicle there was an issue with a shaky steering wheel, but between Tim Sanders, Tim Chillik (service manager) and Dave Schraft (service advisor), the issue got fixed right away with no cost to us. Well Pleased! We watched and waited for the new Jeep Renegades to arrive, specifically looking for a TrailHawk to become available. We visited the dealer at least 4 times, and Andy spent many hours of his time with us and was very patient every time we showed up unannounced. He never got tired of seeing us come back and take up even More of his time... He is not pushy and is very knowledgeable and so easy to like and visit with. We Love our new Jeep, and so glad he made us feel so comfortable and welcome each time that we stopped by to look at more colors or existing Renegade models. Andy kept us informed of new arrivals and we would stop by when we could. There was never any pressure, he just kept us informed of the possibilities. He allowed us to make up our own mind, and was there to help us when the right vehicle came along for us. We spent time with Alyssa in completing the paperwork and getting the financials for payment in place. She is very bright and is not pushy at all. She wanted to do whatever was in our best interests, she took time to understand our situation and spent More than normal time in helping us with possibility of Life time warranty, etc. She made phone calls on our behalf to Chrysler, and she will still be willing to help us when needed. Of course, these employees have Dean as a manager, and they look to him for help and assistance when needed. He allowed us to get a great deal on the car, and you can tell that his staff like their jobs and want to help the customers as much as they can. The very first day we stopped, it was Hot and sunny and at least 92 degrees in the parking lot. We were out walking around the cars just looking, and Dean came walking across the car lot from another building. He immediately talked to us and joked about the hot weather and welcomed us to Progressive. We felt that this was the "right" dealership to buy from, because of our first impression from him. We always felt very comfortable just stopping by and Looking..they never followed us around or pressured us to buy, right then. It was a painless experience, and you really must stop by sometime to see it for yourself! Thank you to these amazing staff members and their kindness. We appreciate all of the time that you spent with us, talking and educating us, and explaining all possibilities and scenarios; we apologize for taking up so much of your valuable time, but want you to know that it really meant a lot to us!
