He was very knowledgable and thorough in showing me all of the great features my Grand Cherokee Overland offers (even more than my "higher end" car had). I felt super confident in my decision and not at all like I was pressured into it. The UConnect system and other safety/convenience features were a breeze to operate after Andy took a few minutes to explain them, and I am loving the smooth ride to work every day.
