We went back!! We had a great experience here!! My wife bought her third car from them and I have had several family members buy here as well. My wife went the We had a great experience here!! My wife bought her third car from them and I have had several family members buy here as well. My wife went there looking to get a used car for herself and trade in my car. After calling me to get there sooner than I expected, I was hopeful. Amber took my information and set us up with the Jeep Patriot. After taking a test drive and learning it was NEW and not used we got excited. Then came the part everyone dreads. The monthly price. We couldn't come up with a price that we wanted so we ended up leaving. Amber did everything she could, but the payment was a bit out of budget. After we left we wondered why they didn't try to put us in a cheaper car. So we went to another dealership and talked to them. After a while, they ended up getting us the exact same payment on a car that was $5,000 cheaper. and it was a 2014 not a 2015. So Progressive DID put us in the best deal possible the first time. They didn't play games with a car that didn't fit us. After we realized this, WE WENT BACK to them and purchased the car. When we got back, Amber and Dean were excited that we came back!! They both stayed with us after hours as we moved things out of the trade in car and put the stuff in both cars. In 2 years when the negative equity is out of my current car, I will go back and will be telling all of my friends the story so they will go there. I will also recommend anyone reading this to go there, talk to them, and they will get you the best deal. More
