Received truck after it was in shop for 3 weeks and when I got home I noticed the back license plate was missing, let Kerri know. I ended up finding it in the bed of the truck with no hardware. Had to find I got home I noticed the back license plate was missing, let Kerri know. I ended up finding it in the bed of the truck with no hardware. Had to find HW and put it back on. I Opened the hood and found a bunch of clips missing from the repairs on the hood latch. I take the truck out of town on the highway and truck is not running right when you hit passing gear. Service takes it back and has it another week and when I ask for an update I'm told that tech has adjusted throttle body and needs to do one last test run. This went on for a couple of days and I looked at my ford APP and it showed truck hadn't moved in days. I don't like to be lied to so I asked them to drop it off at Autonation Ford service. Why did the service advisor keep telling me that adjustments are being made and they were not. The work performed notes for the last invoice was that the shop Forman test drove the truck the day I requested it to be moved and said it's because it's an older truck. There was nothing stating that adjustment was made to the throttle body. That's on text! The truck did not perform that way when I dropped it off. Something happened and not sure what. I willl not be returning to this facility. Bottom line reason for the very low score on this survey is due because the bad quality of technical service and being lied to. More
