I originally took my appointment in at 10 o'clock for a recall and just a general inspection. However, I was told that if the camera needed to be fixed, it would be an all day job. And I'd be better off sc recall and just a general inspection. However, I was told that if the camera needed to be fixed, it would be an all day job. And I'd be better off scheduling to leave the car there all day just in case. I appreciated the information and I brought the car back later on in the afternoon and dropped it off and was pleasantly surprised that the dealership was willing and able to schedule a rideshare back to my house. Also, the next morning I received a message saying that the technician stayed late to work on my car and everything passed. And my car would be dropped off in the morning that day, exceptional service, exceptional treatment, and going above and beyond to get a rideshare back home as well as having someone from the dealership drive my car to my house the next morning really makes the difference. Brought my new car in for a recall and voiced a concern about a suspicious noise coming from my windows. Alex kept me updated on the issue, told me i needed a new regulator that was covered under warranty, when the part should arrive and roughly when the car should be ready. I ended up with a loaner for a few weeks and after a misunderstanding the day prior to pick up, Alex actually had someone drop off my car TO MY HOUSE, the next day, and pick up the rental so I didnt have to drive back up there. So all and all, Alex was friendly, made me feel validated, informative and made the car switch easy and convenient. I definitely recommend. More
Took forever to have 4 tires swapped out, I had an appointment at 10 am but still had to wait for others in front of me. Ended up not having my Vehicle until 6pm that night. When I would get serviced at the Ford in Grapevine they would wash and vacuum my vehicle but got nothing but basic service done. Only tried this location out because I moved to Frisco and it was the closest to my place. More
I asked the service advisor not to add the oil treatment as I distinct the informed them that every time I come service my car there post Service I add my own treatment that was not followed through. The oil additive cost is not the factor, but I did not like the product that was used on my Vehicle. It's just a preference that I like with respect to the oil conditioner that I use.. on another note the guy was supposed to give me a quote on the tires as I told him that I wanted the KO3 buy BFGoodrich and I informed him. I'm not happy with the current stock Michelin's as they slip on my truck he never got back with me. More
