They were great to work with. Very responsive. They delivered our vehicle and everything is great. They even sent us a video of the vehicle before we bought it Very responsive. They delivered our vehicle and everything is great. They even sent us a video of the vehicle before we bought it More
Quickest car deal I ever made. David, Alejandro, and Jerry, were very helpful and easy to get along with. No high-pressure sales. David, Alejandro, and Jerry, were very helpful and easy to get along with. No high-pressure sales. More

Since then, i got multiple calls from tthem trying to get me in to purchase a vehicle even after i said multiple times that i would not be buying anything. Had to get rude with their sales managers to make them understand i do not want any more calls. 0 stars, will not do business with. Will recommend others to find a different dealership that isn't so pushy. More
We knew our Kelly Blue Book values, and we were ready to make a deal that day, but after a few minutes of trying to negotiate in good faith with Ali, our trust in Prosper Ford was quickly eroded. He would o make a deal that day, but after a few minutes of trying to negotiate in good faith with Ali, our trust in Prosper Ford was quickly eroded. He would only offer us significantly below KBB for our trade and the purchase was mid to high KBB. When we raised questions, we were met with accusations, high pressure, and deceit. Ali provided the worst experience we have had at a dealership and because of that, we will not be purchasing a vehicle at Prosper Ford, now or in the future. More

BUYER BEWARE - Wanted to trade a Chevy for a F-150. I live in Melissa. Here is my story. May 15th, Thursday Day -1 - Toured Bob Tomes and found a Lariat F-150 502 model I liked. Negotiated a price I live in Melissa. Here is my story. May 15th, Thursday Day -1 - Toured Bob Tomes and found a Lariat F-150 502 model I liked. Negotiated a price and left to look at other locations (mistake). May 16th, Friday Day 0- Spoke to sales on the phone to look at a White King Ranch F-150 on Saturday, confirmed appointment. May 17th, Saturday Day 1- the King Ranch was sold before I could even see it. Spoke to the salesman to look at other Colors. He gives me the keys to 2 and then LEAVES ME ALONE to test drive for 3 HOURS while he handles other customers. When he has time for me, we decided to go with a White Lariat 502 Model, which they would need to order. Negotiated a price equal with Bob Thomes and was told it WAS THE SAME MODEL. Spent another hours signing. Told to come back MONDAY the 19th to pick up the truck. They accept my trade in with no issue. Whole day 6-7 hours. May 19th Monday, Day 3 - Arive at dealership. Truck isn't available, they still need to put bed liner on and window tent. Wasn't able or offered to see it. Told to come back tomorrow. May 20th Tuesday, Day 4 - They called saying they'd like another day, it'll be ready tomorrow. May 21st Wednesday, Day 5 - truck is ready, go to pick up. It's the WRONG MODEL. Model is a 501 white Lariat, with THOUSANDS less in tech and features. Lack of communication between salesman and management or a BAIT & SWITCH. Ask if I would like to take the 501 model without renegotiating and I refuse the vehicle. Told they will find the right one. May 22nd Thursday, Day 6- Called, told they're looking. May 23rd Friday, Day 7- Called, told they have 3 they're trying to get. May 24th Saturday, Day 8- Called again, can't do 2 of the trucks, maybe 1. May 26th, Monday memorial day, Day 10- I go into the dealership after realizing they where blowing me off, they have nothing. They find a model 502 after 6 hours, but I'm having to SETTLE with a completely DIFFERENT color. They want to RENAGOTIATE! I told them the original negotiation was for the same model 502, I'm even settling for a negative $1,000 in the color change. SHOULD HAVE WALKED! But they already sold my Chevy and would be weeks before I see a check if I walked. I pay the difference. Told it was at Holliday Ford 20 minutes away and it would be there Tuesday if not tonight. May 27th, Tuesday Day 9- Get a text saying my salesman is headed to get it in OKLAHOMA! I call 7+ times, text him, manager etc, no answers. Call Holiday Ford, they weren't even open Monday when my salesman was "negotiating" with them. Kept calling and texting salesman, nothing, I send him, "I'm UNCOMFORTABLE doing this deal and to call me." May 28th, Wednesday Day 10 - Salesman gets back to me, saying everything was "all good all good", and it would be ready tomorrow. I'm now just accepting the fact that I'm a fool. May 29th, Thursday Day 11 - Show up at dealership expecting the truck. They find it, nothing has been done to it and its not ready. Promised it would be ready tomorrow from manager and would be dropped off. May 30th, Day 12 - Get a call, salesman will be at my house at 5pm, leave work early and receive. Thinking its all over. June 2nd, Day 16 - Chevy is asking for payment on trade, speak to Prosper finance, was told it takes 14-16 days to pay off and to pay and Chevy will reimburse the difference from contract. June 12, Day 26 - got a call, I need to come back in because they overlooked a signature for GAP insurance. Has to be in-person. June 14th, Day 28 - look online at Chevy Finance and my trade in has still NOT BEEN PAID OFF BY PROSPER. I go into dealership to sign the GAP insurance page. Turns out they can't pay off Chevy without it, but they have no problem selling it. For my troubles and 2 hours for this, I was offered to fill up my full tank. I declined. Not over yet. DON'T BUY FROM PROSPER FORD. The time and issues are not worth it. Grant J. More
