Great Service I needed to trade in my 2012 Camaro on a car that a family member with hip problems could get into and out of easier. I had an idea of what I wanted, Met with Salesman Brandon (new salesman, I don't want to butcher his last name) and we looked at a couple of Dodge Darts. I told him what I was looking for in the Dart, and he suggested the GT as opposed as to the Rallye that I was looking at. He was right about the GT including everything I wanted and they even had a Red one (originally looking for Orange, couldn't find it) and I actually like the Red Dart more than the Orange. Finance specialist Richard Stockman went out of his way to make sure that I got a good trade-in offer on my Camaro and was able to make my over/under on the Camaro less under. Suffice it say that I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Pueblo Dodge to everyone. More

Dishonest about tires Sold us a vehicle with bad tires. Not only were the thread completely worn out on the one side of EACH tire but all the worn sides just happened to be Sold us a vehicle with bad tires. Not only were the thread completely worn out on the one side of EACH tire but all the worn sides just happened to be placed on the inside of the vehicle making it seam like all the tires looked great. Can you say "dishonesty, cheating"? Everybody that knows vehicles KNOWS that's not how the tires get worn. Those tires were intentionally places like that! We asked them to have to vehicle checked out before we signed the papers, which they did and we were told everything looked great! Not even a month later we got an oil change with a trusted company and they notified us about the bad condition the tires were in. My husband made a decision on the spot to have the tires replaced with said company. We were advised to contact Pueblo Dodge and ask for a refund. Contacted our sales guy who told us they would take care of it, "no worries". They never contacted me back despite me calling them several times. Well, the months went by and NOTHING! Then was told it was "on us". I finally get to speak to somebody today and guess what ???? Pueblo Dodge REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELLING US A VEHICLE WITH BAD TIRES AND REIMBURSE US. They are focussing on us NOT contacting them and bringing the vehicle back for them to replace to tires BUT who sold us those bad tires in the first place? Why would anyone go back to the place that was so dishonest in the first place? More

Got a reasonable price on a 2012 Subaru Forester. Staff was helpful till AFTER the sale. I requested 3 times, after purchase, a copy of the CarFax report, which they showed me prior to the sale, and each was helpful till AFTER the sale. I requested 3 times, after purchase, a copy of the CarFax report, which they showed me prior to the sale, and each time they promised and never sent it. (wanted it for prior repair maintenance history - car was fine). Once they have your money, it's over, I guess. More

His customer Service is amazing, I always had fast responses from him and the dealership. I never felt like just another customer with Ken and Pueblo Dodge, they always made me and my family feel like we were a priority to them and friends. We look forward to doing business with Ken Chavez and Pueblo Dodge in the future. We appreciate their understanding in our situations and their willingness to help us. On June 6,2013, my husband and I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Pueblo Dodge Chrysler Jeep. We signed a contract with finance manager Jason Baker that had a 9% interest rate and $370 monthly payment and Dart from Pueblo Dodge Chrysler Jeep. We signed a contract with finance manager Jason Baker that had a 9% interest rate and $370 monthly payment and took the car home. About a week later, our salesman Joe Gallegos called and said the financing was not complete and we needed to returned to sign more paperwork. When we returned, finance manager Richard Stockman had a new contract for us to sign with a 14% inerest rate and a $430 monthly payment. When we told him we couldn't afford the new payment and wanted to give the Dart back and keep our trade-in, he said that we would have to pay 50 cents per mile and $50 per day for the use of the Dart and that our wages would be garnished until they were paid back in full because the dealership doesn't like to wait for money. We had no choice but to take the new higher payment and keep the Dart. We recently talked to a lawyer though and he believes we have been a victim of the "Bait and Switch" tactic and should pursue legal action. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB along with the Federal Trade Commission. More
