I had my 2014 Ram 1500 in for a problem. I had the same problem return 3 more times, each time they declaired it fixed. Sounds bad but, they worked the problem and I now believe they have fo I had the same problem return 3 more times, each time they declaired it fixed. Sounds bad but, they worked the problem and I now believe they have found and reparied it, time will tell. Intermitent problems are the hardest to find. All of the people I have interacted with issue were courtious and friendlly. The reason for only 4 stars is because I believe the first guys that worked on it found minor issues with the same circut and stopped there instead of runnig all of the wiring to that cylinder while it was there, the little extra makes a big difference in customer satisfaction. BTW their transportation guys were awsome. More
