Went for a mechanical problem , first of all somebody approach me ask me questions about the car, and he wasn’t the person that was supposed to ask me a question and then the lady approached me and asked approach me ask me questions about the car, and he wasn’t the person that was supposed to ask me a question and then the lady approached me and asked me a few questions and he don’t. She didn’t know what she was doing. I guess she was new, but she didn’t know what she was doing at all., at the end of the day they say that my insurance expire and whatever and what’s wrong with the car he wasn’t covered by it but they didn’t even check it. They wanted $200 just to check., when I was getting out of there the lot I went through the back and I saw like hundreds and hundreds of broken cars. They have a such a horrible service. More

Service Advisor stated that he was busy that he would call me back (Again No Problem). Did not get the call back. Was called the following day when the truck was done. 2- I was told they do not was vehicles. I was not looking for a sales delivery detail wash, but a good rinse a wipe down. More
