I don't understand why you require an appointment for service. I easliy made my appointment through your website and getting the required parts ordered for my service was easy. I arrived on time for my 9:00am appointment but no service attendants were around from 9:00am to 9:15am. If your employees take a break between 9 and 9:15, please block out this time so customers cannot book appointments during this time. The check in process was not bad and when my service attendant contacted me at 11:00am, I was excited to see my Jeep. However, he contacted me just to tell me they have not even started on my Jeep. This is truly unacceptable and again, I don't understand why an appointment is necessary when you do not have the staff to deliver on an agreed upon time. I have had similar issues with a different Jeep dealer so I am guessing this is common at your service centers. My prior vehicle services were never this disrespectfu to my time. Poor service , none of the service representatives looked like they wanted to be there . I called 4 times to get an update on my car and they said they could not give me answers , they had my jeep for a week like they wanted to be there . Not to mention that they over book people for service, they should be honest if they cannot see that many people in one day.
