Service Cost Changes This is the second time I have had trouble at this dealer. Not going back! I took my Nissan in because a dashboard light was on. I was told there w This is the second time I have had trouble at this dealer. Not going back! I took my Nissan in because a dashboard light was on. I was told there was a $130 diagnostic fee, but if I had the work done there the $130 "would go away." The next day they called with a parts charge of $55. I approved the charge. When I picked up my truck, the $130 was added to the bill. The service manager said he never said the $130 would be waived. That is not true. On another occasion, they would not accept their own coupon for service. I had to pay the full price and then fight them for a refund based on my coupon. I am so done with this dealer. They are very busy with recalls and don't seem to care if you come in for service or not. More
