Extremely Poor Customer Service I bought my car March 28 and bought a Gold Plus Extended Warranty for my car. I agreed with Frank the salesman and one of the managers that I wanted $ I bought my car March 28 and bought a Gold Plus Extended Warranty for my car. I agreed with Frank the salesman and one of the managers that I wanted $0 deductible on the extended warranty. When we met with Frank the Finance Manager, he made it seem like all the paperwork was correct and we signed for it. Yes, I should have read over everything properly, which is my fault, but the Finance Manager and other manager should not have switched our agreement. After we received the Extended Warranty paper from Subaru of America, it said the deductible was $100. I called about 5 times now and the receptionist always says they are in a meeting and will call me back. I did not receive a call back yet in the past 3 weeks. I live 70 miles from this dealership and they don't have the courtesy to even call back. Frank Lejis was super helpful with the car purchase, but it seems like the manager Sam Tran and the Finance Manager Frank did not communicate properly about the $0 deductible. I'm just hoping they call back today! I emailed the Finance Manager Frank today as well. More
