Patrick Robinson was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I was interested in, knew the specials running at that time and was easy to work with! I ended up buying a 2020 Expedition. This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever experienced. I was able to work numbers over the phone first and then when I decided on a car All I had to do was go test drive and then sign my paper work! I purchased a 2019 escape from Pugmire Ford in I have had to have a windshield put in it and replace liftgat actuator...took it back to them about the rubber /trim around the windshield popped up and out had to have a windshield put in it and replace liftgat actuator...took it back to them about the rubber /trim around the windshield popped up and out ...it still looks is not security around the windshield this is awesome when the car is still up on the warranty...I’m very upset More
