Had a minor warranty repair needed on 2020 Ranger. Easily made appointment via their website. Received email and text reminders on the day before. Drop off was easy and the Service Advisor (Pam) confirmed th made appointment via their website. Received email and text reminders on the day before. This was very nice as I have typically been trying to chase down SA’s at other dealerships to find out if they were finished or not. Checkout was quick and she reviewed the findings and repair. Truck was no worse for wear than when I dropped off. It was warranty work, so cost is N/A. I had read horror stories of other dealership’s service departments in my area, so first time using this one and won’t hesitate to use again if service is needed. More

Pam and the service techs did a great job of getting me in and out quickly. She kept me advised of the status of my Explorer.
