Bummed. Worked with Andrew for several days to secure a 2017 Tiguan. We were asked to wait until Wednesday to come in to make sure the maintenance and detail Worked with Andrew for several days to secure a 2017 Tiguan. We were asked to wait until Wednesday to come in to make sure the maintenance and detailing was complete. I stayed in contact with Andrew during the process to express several times about it being sold from under us. He pulled it from the site on Tuesday and confirmed it was ready for us to pick up after work on Wednesday. I was so excited. Andrew called Wednesday morning to let me know someone had sold it. I am frustrated, pissed, and disappointed. I would have come sooner, and put a deposit down had it been asked of me, but unfortunately I was not given that chance. Andrew is great and I do not blame him for this situation, but wish there was something that could be done. More
