I came in looking to upgrade from a 24 year old car to a newer used car. Worked with Chris to come out with a 2012 Subaru Impreza in great condition. I went to pure Honda and had my rear breaks replaced I left the dealership and my breaks were squeaking I took my car back to the dealership twice for the same squeaking breaks Jim went a test drive with left the dealership and my breaks were squeaking I took my car back to the dealership twice for the same squeaking breaks Jim went a test drive with me and everytime I would ask him if her heard the squeaking breaks he would say that he didnt hear the breaks squeaking so I took that as an indication that pure Honda didn't want to resolve my squaking break issue at the end of the conversation Jim tells me to bring the car back if I continue to hear the noise as I explained to Jim that I drive this car ever day if there are any issues I address immediately why should I bring it back when its here today whatever your going to do when I bring it back you can do now at this point I can only say that I will never do business with pure Honda again More
