Awful! I had an appt. for my air conditioning. About 10 after my arrival, I was told that "the air conditioning was not there and would be back next week." I had an appt. for my air conditioning. I had to rearrange my whole day to make this appointment. Further, the AC was supposed to be under warranty, as the car is only 1 1/2 years old.
