Made an apt to see/test a used 2019 Mustang this morning. After driving almost 2 hours, Bruce the salesperson refused to even start the car and flat out said we don't do test-rides. I almost had to persuade him to show me the car which was quite far away and a dismal walk in the rain. After the unfortunate experience with Bruce, I asked to speak to the used car manager and he reluctantly obliged. Also, their price was 8k over KBB CPO Dealer Retail price. Stay away from this most unwelcoming, unprofessional dealer. More

$100 to insert a break light bulb. Seriously - they charged me $100 to change a $3 break light bulb on the drivers side that takes literally 4 minutes. I changed the break light bulb on the passenger side the week before and it took me 4 minutes to open the access compartment, remove the old bulb, and insert the new bulb. Purvis used to be fair and reasonable. Not any more. I purchased 3 vehicles from them. Over $100k I've given them. Never again. I'm taking my business elsewhere and you should too. And I'm letting everyone know it. You don't charge good customers (any customers) $100 to change a $3 bulb that takes 4 minutes. That's just theft. They've lost my trust and you should definitely steer clear of them unless you want to get ripped off too. More
