Service Jorge Dubuk you are awesome!!!! I called Jorge for an appointment regarding my Camaro. I thought because the shift gear light was no longer lighting Jorge Dubuk you are awesome!!!! I called Jorge for an appointment regarding my Camaro. I thought because the shift gear light was no longer lighting up, that I needed a fuse and I was not about to put a fuse in. Come to find out it was not a fuse but a defect in the shift gear kit or something like that. So Putnam had to keep my car. Jorge knows I do not like leaving my car. They got the part, fixed it, and I was ready for the Easter Weekend. Thanks, once again!!! Ollie More
My personal experience I have been going to Putnam Chevrolet since 2016. I've had some good experiences, but my last visit was not very positive. My service provider made me feel like it was all about spending more, missed a small item and after spending the amount i did, I could not even get a phone call. In the old days, they would have even washed your car when spending almost 8 hours in the shop. More
Very shady feeling from this place. Started off like pretty much any other dealership. Found a car online, made an appointment to see, test drove car, like the car. The negative part for me was the final financing, “closer”guy. He was just pouring on the hard sell for the extended warranty. Told him no once, twice, three times, he started into a fourth time and I had enough of it. I guess a lot of dealerships probably do this, but I don’t think anybody like having hard sell tactics used on them. Then just a few little details on the loan were changed from what I told them I wanted, like length of loan, wanted 60 month and somehow changed to 64, and amount of down payment. in the big picture, probably not a huge deal for me, but I just don’t like businesses that don’t listen to me. I think it’s customer service 101. I am a self employed person myself, and so I know a little something about this. You can just tell when a business in it only for the money. More
