Crosstrek Limited purchase Dealership experience was good. All pleasant and helpful when purchasing. However was disappointed in no "negotiation" room at all. In order to get a $50 gas card you have to go back to the dealership in person within 10 days. Lose a point for that - should have given it upon the pick up of the car. More

Service Dept is just mediocre. the service department at Putnam Chrysler is overall mediocre. The diagnostic pricing is over inflated. Your "courtesy" driver doesn't speak English and is unable to follow directions. He seemed genuinely annoyed that he had to give me a ride to my home in Burlingame. More
