We had an agreed upon price through discussions with a salesperson through email and over the phone. Went in to pick up the truck and the sales manager Manny increased the price by $1400 for paint and interior protection they claim has already been installed. They refuse to sell the vehicle for the online advertised price. VERY deceptive! Look up the definition of "Bait and Switch" and it describes the exact practice that Quality Chevrolet is conducting. Be careful with your money. I've purchased 6 other vehicles already this year at other dealers and have NEVER run into this type of deception before. More

Like "paint protection" (wax) interior protection (scotchguard) and "anti-theft" which is just some metal stickers on body panels (thieves have razor blades lol) Fuzzy math lies and deception. I should have walked. Denied my an incentive but were dumb enough to write it in the paperwork-complaining to GM Financial. Once you see the "four square" and all they want to do is talk payment RUN I should have left and I am better than this. More

Made an appointment with a salesman to see an Equinox. Sat down told them what I wanted to be in terms of monthly payments. They came back with an insulting number. I have an 750 to 800 depending on which bureau you go with. I told then no thanks and asked for my keys and they didn't even ask me what they could do to get me in the Equinox. Walked in to Courtesy in Mission Valley and told them wher I need to be and 45 min later i was driving away in a more expensive Equinox than i had intended to buy. More

Put WRONG oil in an Almost New Corvette I made an appointment with Anthonly(New Guy, sadly) two weeks before to have 0 W 40 oil put my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. He apparently coded something wrong and the put in the standard 5 W 30 that all the other common Chevys get. He CHARGED me the higher price, and when I questioned it they paraded out the shop Foreman who said that the Part#12345885 was FOR the 0 W 40; but when I got home I checked and it is the cheap 5 W 30. He LIED to my Face. This place has really gone down hill and I can't go back. Of course Anthony does not return a call to him but they would not correct it if they are willing to lie to your face.....Another dealer Gone. More

Stay away from these scoundrels, especially their service dept. They refused to polish my car after they damaged it with a cheap wash. I bought a silverado from Quality Chevy a few months ago and their service was great. I felt they went out of their way to accomodate my needs and help me through the whole process. I just brought my silverado in for the first service and that also went smoothly. No complaints there. I used a coupon they sent me so I got a great price on the service. More
