He is just ok. Every time I ask a question he says we will have to diagnose it. I am looking to him as an expert in his field and would think he would have an opini Every time I ask a question he says we will have to diagnose it. I am looking to him as an expert in his field and would think he would have an opinion or suggestion at least. 'Well in my opinion it could be this or that.' But no his go to is we will have to diagnose it. Well that can cost upwards of $400. Sometime an opinion or suggestion could go a long way. Also no communication when card is cone. They just hand you a paper after you check out and send you on your way. I have to go back to service department to ask about one of the lines on the invoice. More
