Tried to purchase a Chevy Silverado EV, wanted to do it online, Costco pre-negotiated prices. They would not work with me AT ALL and only tried to get my in for their sales pitch. Terrible experience. I took my car in due to an engine light and a rich-running issue. They charged $250 for diagnostics (non-refunded) and claimed I needed spark plugs, I took my car in due to an engine light and a rich-running issue. They charged $250 for diagnostics (non-refunded) and claimed I needed spark plugs, coils ("if needed," but surprise—they were "needed"), and a tune-up, totaling $1,250. A week later, the same problem returned. When I brought it back, they said I now needed $900 in sensor replacements. Shouldn’t the original $250 diagnostic have caught this? No apology, no offer to refund the initial fee. I refused the repair—how could I trust them? Done with this shop and done with Chevy. Disgraceful business practices. More
