I had an oil change scheduled and called in the morning to price out tires as well. I was out on hold for a long period of time and hung up. He had my info but did not call me back. Came in later and service writer did not even make eye contact asked for my keys to get info from my truck. Said it would be done in about 90 minutes. In the lobby the cashier called for me and I picked up my vehicle and left. Had no other interaction with my service advisor. No recommended services. Nothing. Very disappointed and will be purchasing my tires from someone else. More

When I turned in me vehicle for an oil change, the service employee told me it would be about 90 minutes. It was completed in 30 minutes. After I received my key and went to check. The front tire stil service employee told me it would be about 90 minutes. It was completed in 30 minutes. After I received my key and went to check. The front tire still had the green cap and the same tire which told me the tires were not rotated. I checked the oil and it look muddy. Which told me it was not checked. Service Manager told his employees to tell me, the green cap just got put back in the front tire. But the tire is different than the other three tires and it was still in the same driver side front. they told me the oil was change but due to the milage (78,000 miles) it makes it look that way. I am no mechanic, but I know what a fresh change of oil looks like. The filter probably was not change and that why the oil still looks muddy. I recommand this service if it is completed correctly More
