Don made the buying experience much better than I expected. I started out online and then talked to Don about the truck I wanted and he worked a deal thru texting which I really liked. When we made expected. I started out online and then talked to Don about the truck I wanted and he worked a deal thru texting which I really liked. When we made the deal, I had about a 2 hour drive to get to the dealership. When I arrived, he had the truck pulled under an awning, all the paperwork ready and the finance team prepped. He set-up my i-phone with the GMC app, synced my phone to the truck, and gave me full walk-around. The finance manager was not high pressure and worked quickly to get me thru the process. From the time I arrived to the time I was under :45. I highly recommend asking for Don if you want a great buying experience. More
