The guy in finance was a jerk once he realized he wouldn’t be making any money off of us. or maybe he just thought I was rude because I wouldn’t let him talk us into the warranty or said if the gap i wouldn’t be making any money off of us. or maybe he just thought I was rude because I wouldn’t let him talk us into the warranty or said if the gap insurance was too high, we could get it elsewhere... Not sure what his issue was but he was such an xxxxxxx. He could not get us out of his office faster. Not even a congratulations… nothing. But I guess if you leave and don’t feel like you got walked over and they’re pissed, it’s a sign that you did your homework and something right 🙃 Big thumbs down 👎👎👎👎 More

Delt with used vehicle lot. Made plans to be there in the afternoon to pick up truck, call ind informed that I had the day off and would be arriving early we agreed on an 11:00 Made plans to be there in the afternoon to pick up truck, call ind informed that I had the day off and would be arriving early we agreed on an 11:00 an show up and sales person was in the middle of another sales. When to financing office did the last bit of paper work the manager called and spoke to the sales person told he we were ready. He was no where ready for us the truck had not been washed, and the tank had not been filled both of which he said they would have done. He hadn’t even cleaned the tap residue off the windshield from the listing paper. Not unhappy with the truck, but the customer service I feel could have been a bit more satisfying. More
