I called to verify a price on a car for $13,346 - and made sure it was on the lot. Dealer verified both. I drove over to test drive. Requested a quote for a CASH sale and they write it for $16k - I showe made sure it was on the lot. Dealer verified both. I drove over to test drive. Requested a quote for a CASH sale and they write it for $16k - I showed them the AD and they told me I did not qualify. I also told them my house burned to the ground two weeks ago and pennies matter. I walked off the lot crying and exhausted. Today they changed the AD to $16,648 because I reported to the manager. Who also said I did not qualify for the $13,346.00. This is a evil way to do business and I will share this story to keep others from shopping there. PS: I have photos from ‘yesterdays price’ and also a photo from ‘todays price’ if you want it. Thank you in advance for taking this matter seriously. I bought a car in Mesa, AZ instead. More
