Salesman Frank was awesome. He even came back on his day off the ensure the vehicle was ready. When we were dealing on the car we were offered a certain interest rate. We si He even came back on his day off the ensure the vehicle was ready. When we were dealing on the car we were offered a certain interest rate. We signed the agreement along with the manager. We walked to finance signed again. When we came to pick up the vehicle we were instructed to go to finance again. We were informed that they could not honor that interest rate. I told them we had signed and this felt very sketchy. We were advised that rates fluctuate. We made the agreement for the lower rate and the manager but our finance advisor Jaime made a comparison about how it's like Healthcare.......because I am a nurse. Jaime was rude and did not want to hear our concerns. I even said this is real time customer feedback and again I was ignored. I would recommend Frank 100%....nice guy low pressure and easy to work with. I DO NOT recommend Jaime or financing with them. There practices are sketchy. I won't use them again if it can be avoided. More
