Appt 3 Aug 21 for check engine light issue and poor performance. Car engine repairs completed 27 Aug. Picked car up on 28 Aug check engine light still on. Returned car back to Quebedeaux. I had a great experience with the dealership. Iris was easy going, friendly and listened to what I needed. Terrible customer service at this dealership. I went here for a test drive, and was met with unfriendly, disengaged salespeople. I wasnt greeted or made to feel welcome. One of the salesman shouted at me, threw his hands up, and made an exasperated comment after I asked if someone could move the car that was blocking me in. I had to ask several times for a quote for the value of my car. I was sent a follow up text a couple days later and when I told them I was no longer interested, I didnt recieve a final thank you or any sort of closing statement. Horrible customer service, rude salespeople. I tell everyone I can to stay away from this place. More
Our experience was horrific! My vehicle was towed in on 7/27/21, kept for over a week, until 8/5/21. Not only was I told there was no loaner vehicle available at any point during the entire time, my daught 7/27/21, kept for over a week, until 8/5/21. Not only was I told there was no loaner vehicle available at any point during the entire time, my daughter and I were commuting via public transportation where her and I were assaulted on two different instances. And to top it off when I went in to pick up my truck on 8/5/21, it had been left unlocked, broken into and ALL OF MY BELONGS WERE STOLEN FROM MY TRUCK!! I was not made aware of this when I was picking it up, but due to the fact that on a previous occasion when my truck was being repaired (AGAIN FOR THE SAME PART JUST BARELY OVER 2 YRS OF THE PREVIOUS REPAIR) my personal belongings had been tampered with. So as soon as I opened my back door to check, I noticed my tool bag was gone! I asked both of the gentlemen standing there if they knew where it was, they looked at each other AND THEN TOLD ME THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO AND SEVERAL VEHICLES HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO. I immediately started checking for signs of vandalism to my truck, to see how the thieves had broken into it, THERE WAS NOTHING ASIDE FROM A SMALL DING ON THE DRIVERSIDE DOOR, no lock mechanism had been vandalized either! I then immediately began to check for the rest of my belongings, ALMOST EVERYTHING HAD BEEN STOLEN!! THE THIEVES LEFT THE WHEEL LOCK, MY REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS THROWN ON THE FLOOR OF THE PASSENGER SIDE (WHICH NOW MAKES US FEEL UNSAFE AT HOME BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHERE WE LIVE). There were PRICELESS items stolen that are irreplaceable, because my daughter brought them to me from Afganistán when she was deployed. It is now 9/1/21 and I have called several times to the dealership, without a callback AND STILL NO RESOLVE FROM ANYONE! More

Atley have information that turned out to not be true, treated me as if I was some sort of imposition. Josh doesn’t know how to communicate and sets expectations, then doesn’t follow through on. Additionally, when something is not complete and you call him out on it, he gets this attitude that you’re inconveniencing him. We also found out that this was not handled appropriately from the beginning. The work was ruled as a collision and should have been handled by the collision area, not service. Which must explain the sheer incompetence of the service department. More
They sold me a car with a dead battery. Broke down the first day I had it. Makes you wonder what else they missed in the inspection. I was already annoyed at the dealership because they sold me the car on July 29 then after signing papers told me I wasn’t able to drive it off the lot until inspection which took 5 days. My salesmen was a smooth talker so he managed to get me in this overpriced vehicle but for it to break down after my first drive after thus said inspection is a huge letdown. Already the vehicle has things that are acting up like the trunk won’t close and the cruise control doesn’t work. Just annoying and hopefully not a money pit. More

He was very helpful with information on the cars I was interested in. He let me look at the ones I spotted, and had an answer to every question we asked. He was very friendly, and made sure my Dad and I got a good deal that could work with my budget. This dealership is great for used cars because of all the variety to choose from, and the welcoming and enthusiastic staff. The cars also look brand new and in great condition. I ended up leaving with the car that I really loved, and it has been doing really good with no issues. Thank you Mark, and to everyone else who helped me and my Dad get the car I wanted for a great price. More

I have had an issue with the check engine light coming on in my Sierra 2500, and had to come back multiple times to get it resolved. Justin King in the service department was super helpful and went above and in my Sierra 2500, and had to come back multiple times to get it resolved. Justin King in the service department was super helpful and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. He is always professional, polite and very responsive. He did his best to get my truck in and out quickly, because he knew I couldn't afford the downtime. To be honest, I had lost confidence in your service department lately because of a couple bad experiences, but since I've been dealing with Justin I have been extremely happy. I will always ask for him personally whenever I need service on one of our two GMC trucks. More
