Brought the car in for some collision work. Was told would be about 3-5 days to receive the parts…two months later job was still incomplete. They fixed up the old rim as a temporary solution until the new rim came in. They called to let me know the rim was in and to set up an appointment at my convenience. Was advised that they would need the car for half the day and I could get a shuttle. Called and set up the appointment for Saturday, confirmed it would be half a day and would receive a shuttle. Appointment comes, I’m about to drop the car off. Was advised then that there was no shuttle service on weekends and I would need to pay out of pocket for a rental. Then I was told the car probably would not be done in half a day, like I was quoted before. Mind you, they collected from the insurance and myself, and the job was not completed. Would definitely not recommend and would advise any one not to go here. More

I have gone there twice for my vehicle having the low coolant message on the dash come up. Both times when I picked up the vehicle the message appeared before I got off the lot. I mentioned to my service coolant message on the dash come up. Both times when I picked up the vehicle the message appeared before I got off the lot. I mentioned to my service advisor that there is a special procedure that needed done after the block heater recall was performed to ensure this message did not occur per service bulletin from GM. I had the block heater replacement recall completed over a year ago which is when this message started to appear every time I get into my vehicle. Also after this last service I can also not locate my block heater cord and I feel that it has been removed again. If you want a recall performed several times on the same vehicle I feel this is the place to go. They will do it every time you go for a oil change. But if you just want the coolant message to be reset per GM service bulletins then look for quality of repair somewhere else. More

Other than Iris, my salesperson, the experience wasn't great. Iris was, and is, great. After that you have some problems. I flew down from Wisconsin to buy this vehicle. I was confident the vehicl great. Iris was, and is, great. After that you have some problems. I flew down from Wisconsin to buy this vehicle. I was confident the vehicle was the way it was described as Iris went out of her way to take detailed pictures of it and text them to me. When I got there to view and drive it, I was surprised at how it was shown to me. It had been washed, run through a car wash I'd guess, and that was it. The inside of the Jeep was filthy. It was obviously used on trails and out in the desert. I pulled out every seat once back here in WI and the coffee like liquid that came out of the seats when I washed them was disgusting. Sand, rocks, melted gum, dried soda-like gelatin, and even a small dead scorpion was all over and under the carpeting. I was amazed at the lack of effort re: cleaning the Jeep. I can overlook that. Things happen, mistakes are made. Then it comes to paying for the Jeep. My plan was to transfer money into my checking account and use Chase bank in Tucson to write a cashiers check. Due to this coming together quickly, by the time I got to Tucson, the money had not been transferred. I then arranged to have the money wired from my account to Quebedeaux facilitated by my finance manager, Albert. Albert gave me the account and routing number Wednesday and that money was then wired by Discover to the numbers given to me. I left in my dirty Jeep and drove to Phoenix. By the time I got to Phoenix, Albert had mentioned the money had not been transferred but would probably post Thursday. He said he would let me know when the money posted. Thursday afternoon, nothing from Albert. I texted him and was then advised the money had not been transferred. I texted him, to verify BTW. I called Discover and was told the routing number given to me was not valid. A text to Albert and I was told the number was in fact the correct routing number and the mistake was on Discover's end. Another call to Discover and the number was again showing as invalid. Another text to Albert, who states he has confirmed three times and the routing number given is the correct one. Albert then suggested THAT I CALL THE BANK AND FIGURE OUT QUEBEDEAUX'S ROUTING NUMBER THROUGH WELLS FARGO BANK IN TUCSON! I have all of this on text BTW. So, I did. I did YOUR finance manager's job and got the correct routing number from Wells Fargo bank in Tucson and wired the money. Albert did eventually realize the mistake and did come up with the proper routing number, however I had already fixed the issue. I then texted Albert the correct number for future reference, and asked to be notified when the money was transferred. Albert agreed to do so. This is Thursday evening now. Friday, no contact from Albert. I text and call. I am told no wire transfer of money as of Friday afternoon. Nothing more. I had college things to attend to for the rest of that day as well as Saturday. I asked Albert to let me know when the money posted or if there was an ongoing problem. Not another word. Monday, about noon, I called Iris as I was done with Albert and asked her to see about the transfer of money. I already had a federal tracking number from Discover and their assurance that the money went through. Iris stated Albert would be looking into this and would advise me shortly. No Albert. Iris advised me that the situation was handled. Your sales person had to mediate the finance manager's responsibility. Now I realize I have made some assumptions, but the unprofessional and poor customer service was amazing to me. If I lived in the area, I would not buy another vehicle from your dealership. Iris is great. Fantastic in fact. She should be credited with getting me on a plane and buying this Jeep. Over and beyond good customer service and care. The rest of your dealership, as far as my interaction is concerned, is awful. There is nothing you are going to do for me as I live in Wisconsin. However I do have several friends looking for Southern cars with no rust. I would not recommend Quebedeaux. You fell way short of every expectation after Iris. Sincerely, Jace. More
