Have communicated twice with Q since a truck purchase on 1/28/2021, once for a car detail and once for an attempt to add GMC accessories. First the car detail which was owed to me after the truck I just bought was not clean when the purchase happened. Brought in at 10:30am for a 10:30 detail and did not leave until 1pm. Not ideal. Second the attempt to spend another $1,000 plus labor on a Tonneau cover. People in parts say it will take 2 business days to get the cover from Phoenix and I should call service to schedule something soon after. So I talk to service (Brian) who says ‘those timelines are never right so you’ll want to wait until it comes in, maybe 2-3 weeks, then call back.’ Pathetic effort on both accounts. Initially impressed with the efforts of this dealership during the buying process I see now that it was nothing but another sale for the dealership. Would never go back and wish the truck purchase would have happened elsewhere. More

Ashley was goo. When she started taking my info and I asked if they were running a credit check she told me no, not before they gave me a price that I am willing to pay. And told me they only run a soft check anyway. Well as soon as she stepped in the managers office I got an alert that a hard inquiry had been ran. Needless to say I was not happy. Truthfully I was ready to walk out right then. The finance department was very backed up and that took way to long. When all was finished and I was ready to leave the truck did not start. So I am having to wait 2 days to hopefully pick it up. Very disappointed about that. We will see if I am able to get my vehicle today. More

i've been coming to Quebedeaux for many years, I've bought 2 Enclaves from you. One of the reasons I bought the second Buick was the service was great but that has really decreased. Communication was very bad. Car was on the lot and when it was test driven it was making a noise. My vehicle was bought and paid for and had to wait a week and a half before I was able to have it.
