First off let me say that I have for the last 30+ years only purchased used vehicles and have done so from just about every major dealership in Tucson except Quebedeaux. I decided for my very first NEW veh only purchased used vehicles and have done so from just about every major dealership in Tucson except Quebedeaux. I decided for my very first NEW vehicle I would give them a try and needless to say I am disappointed. Which is too bad because of them not willing to work with me on my trade I have not returned home with a $60k+ new vehicle. Apparently they need that additional $4k or they will go bankrupt. Derrick was great showing me the vehicles i wanted to see. We didn't have an issue until it came time to make the deal which wasn't up to him but his manager. More

I had an automated reply to my last review. It said it was from "the owner" and they wanted me to call and "regain their trust". No phone number or name. So I called, told the person who answered my nam was from "the owner" and they wanted me to call and "regain their trust". No phone number or name. So I called, told the person who answered my name, why I was calling, and I wanted to speak with an owner. She asked what department I was calling about, I told her and she said she would transfer me to them. I told her I don't want to talk to the service manager, she said they would find the Director for me. After 4 rings, I got the voice mail for the advisor I worked with, I did not leave a message because he cannot help me. If they want to refund the $100 paid that I do not feel I should have had to pay, they know who I am and they have my phone number. I am done. More
