I took my truck in gift oil change and multi-point inspection. Within two weeks my brakes started making strange noise. I took it too another place to have brake service done. The inside pad on driver inspection. Within two weeks my brakes started making strange noise. I took it too another place to have brake service done. I liked the old crew that was there.The new crew service advisors need more training.my car had been ready for about half hour.I had to tell them that my car was ready and i wasn't the only one. Appt 3 Aug 21 for check engine light issue and poor performance. Car engine repairs completed 27 Aug. Picked car up on 28 Aug check engine light still on. Returned car back to Quebedeaux. The experience was a complete mess. I will not be going back to this service center. Atley and Josh were two of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Atley have information that turned out back to this service center. Atley and Josh were two of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Atley have information that turned out to not be true, treated me as if I was some sort of imposition. Josh doesn’t know how to communicate and sets expectations, then doesn’t follow through on. Additionally, when something is not complete and you call him out on it, he gets this attitude that you’re inconveniencing him. We also found out that this was not handled appropriately from the beginning. The work was ruled as a collision and should have been handled by the collision area, not service. Which must explain the sheer incompetence of the service department. More
