Our experience was horrific! My vehicle was towed in on 7/27/21, kept for over a week, until 8/5/21. Not only was I told there was no loaner vehicle available at any point during the entire time, my daught 7/27/21, kept for over a week, until 8/5/21. Not only was I told there was no loaner vehicle available at any point during the entire time, my daughter and I were commuting via public transportation where her and I were assaulted on two different instances. And to top it off when I went in to pick up my truck on 8/5/21, it had been left unlocked, broken into and ALL OF MY BELONGS WERE STOLEN FROM MY TRUCK!! I was not made aware of this when I was picking it up, but due to the fact that on a previous occasion when my truck was being repaired (AGAIN FOR THE SAME PART JUST BARELY OVER 2 YRS OF THE PREVIOUS REPAIR) my personal belongings had been tampered with. So as soon as I opened my back door to check, I noticed my tool bag was gone! I asked both of the gentlemen standing there if they knew where it was, they looked at each other AND THEN TOLD ME THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO AND SEVERAL VEHICLES HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO. I immediately started checking for signs of vandalism to my truck, to see how the thieves had broken into it, THERE WAS NOTHING ASIDE FROM A SMALL DING ON THE DRIVERSIDE DOOR, no lock mechanism had been vandalized either! I then immediately began to check for the rest of my belongings, ALMOST EVERYTHING HAD BEEN STOLEN!! THE THIEVES LEFT THE WHEEL LOCK, MY REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS THROWN ON THE FLOOR OF THE PASSENGER SIDE (WHICH NOW MAKES US FEEL UNSAFE AT HOME BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHERE WE LIVE). There were PRICELESS items stolen that are irreplaceable, because my daughter brought them to me from Afganistán when she was deployed. It is now 9/1/21 and I have called several times to the dealership, without a callback AND STILL NO RESOLVE FROM ANYONE! More
I have had an issue with the check engine light coming on in my Sierra 2500, and had to come back multiple times to get it resolved. He did his best to get my truck in and out quickly, because he knew I couldn't afford the downtime. To be honest, I had lost confidence in your service department lately because of a couple bad experiences, but since I've been dealing with Justin I have been extremely happy. I will always ask for him personally whenever I need service on one of our two GMC trucks. More
Scheduled service on Saturday. Dealership acted as if the service could be completed when in fact they only do oil changes on Saturday. Included oil change. Brought the car in for some collision work. Was told would be about 3-5 days to receive the parts…two months later job was still incomplete. They fixed up the old rim as a temporary solution until the new rim came in. They called to let me know the rim was in and to set up an appointment at my convenience. Was advised that they would need the car for half the day and I could get a shuttle. Called and set up the appointment for Saturday, confirmed it would be half a day and would receive a shuttle. Appointment comes, I’m about to drop the car off. Was advised then that there was no shuttle service on weekends and I would need to pay out of pocket for a rental. Then I was told the car probably would not be done in half a day, like I was quoted before. Mind you, they collected from the insurance and myself, and the job was not completed. Would definitely not recommend and would advise any one not to go here. More
I have gone there twice for my vehicle having the low coolant message on the dash come up. Both times when I picked up the vehicle the message appeared before I got off the lot. I mentioned to my service advisor that there is a special procedure that needed done after the block heater recall was performed to ensure this message did not occur per service bulletin from GM. I had the block heater replacement recall completed over a year ago which is when this message started to appear every time I get into my vehicle. Also after this last service I can also not locate my block heater cord and I feel that it has been removed again. If you want a recall performed several times on the same vehicle I feel this is the place to go. They will do it every time you go for a oil change. But if you just want the coolant message to be reset per GM service bulletins then look for quality of repair somewhere else. More

Your partner sitting in the desk next to you jokingly said I would be angry and yelling at you before we were done with our transaction. This brings me to the purpose of this email, I had minimal visibility through my windshield this evening as it poured down rain on my way home from work, turns out someone forgot to replace my wipers but yet I was charged for them. As you can imagine I had a few choice of words for you and your team who left me in the predicament I was in. There’s a certain level of expectation when you visit the dealer, turns out maybe you guys are really no different then a fly by operation. In addition, the oil change and wiper blades that I didn't receive took more than the 30-40min you promised, I ended up waiting 2.5hrs in the lobby with my appointment! I asked for a phone call or email in the morning by someone who can tell me how they plan on resolving the issue without wasting anymore of my time but I never got that call or email. Instead the wipers were installed when I went back to have my $1100 tailgate stereo installed. I wish ended there but it doesn't, I took me a few days to learn my oil filter was only hand tightened as the oils stains on my driveway are a reminder. Your front desk service rep. Thomas does an excellent job removing himself from any blame as he pushes any incompetency to the mechanics in back. I have recently purchased my last two company vehicles with you but I will never visit your center for anything ever again, not even if was free!
