I sent my wife and father to go view the vehicle, do to me being over 1000 miles away for work. The truck drove great and there wasn’t many issues with it besides the broken mirror on the driver side, the mirror didn’t work on the passenger side, it was missing a chrome cover on the mirror, and the inside and out were filthy. The sales person was aware of these problems and told my wife they would be fixed before I came down to trade my vehicle. Working with Albert from finance was the worst experience I’ve ever had. He never returns my phone calls and just wants to hurry the process to get me out of his office. BTW he made my wife sit in his office for 5 hours and barely spoke a word to her. I had to call the sales person to get some information. When I arrived the car was half cleaned and the mirror on the driver side was only done. I had to leave my vehicle again for another week to get the passenger side mirror done ( it sat in the parking lot for 3 days before a tech could look at it) and they told me they would not replace the chrome cover seeing it’s a original part and I would be responsible for replacing it. It is upsetting that all this could have been fixed before I came to pick up my vehicle but all it shows me is that the people working for this dealership do not care about anyone and making sure the customer is happy. All they care about is making money and ripping off the customer. I will never buy from this dealership again and I will gladly tell everyone one I know to stay away. More
There was nothing special about the service center intake. Customer service wasn't bad but it wasn't great or memorable. I waited 4 hours for a simple oil change and no one on the staff came to inform me on why it was taking so long. 3/4 of the advisors looks like they are hating life. When you pull up no one comes out and you have to go find someone. When you walk in no greets or says I will be right with you. Got the call that my vehic you pull up no one comes out and you have to go find someone. When you walk in no greets or says I will be right with you. Got the call that my vehicle was ready and when I walked in the advisor that helped me wasn't there. No one could find the invoice. Process was 10-15 minutes before I received my car. I was told inorder to keep the warranty valid I would have to take my vehicle to Quebedeaux for maintenance. If it wasn't for that I would never take any if my vehicles there. Not to mention prices are high. More

I scheduled an appointment for my vehicles first oil change. When I showed up to the service department I had to go inside and ask for help. I was told someone would be outside shortly. Once I was checked in, I was quoted a time of 1-1 1/2 hours which was fine. After sitting in the waiting lobby, I noticed that the service writers were going out to customers as they drove into the service department. 3 1/2 hours later my vehicle is finally done. Not once did anyone update me that the service would take longer. Several vehicles were pulled in before mine. I had an appointment and I was waiting for my vehicle. Having past experience in working at a dealership as a mechanic, I understand the importance of a customer having an appointment and also waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. Once my vehicle was finished, I noticed there was oil on the driver side door panel, center console and start switch. Overall poor experience. This was also my second visit to the service department since buying my new vehicle. The first experience was rough as well. Everyone in the service department was rude and passing me to other service writers making it seem like no one was willing to help me. I ended up not getting helped and just left. We will not be going back for a third visit. More

I'm not thrilled with Quebedeaux Service. Everyone was friendly and courteous but the service took longer than promised and they recommended a very long list of items to do that was very expensive and not friendly and courteous but the service took longer than promised and they recommended a very long list of items to do that was very expensive and not all necessary. My impression is that this is a money-making proposition for the dealership and not necessarily in the best interest of the customer. My daughter also had her car detailed before returning to Grad school last January and was disappointed with the outcome. She was charged $160. for a small compact car and it did not meet her expectations. The car was not finished at the time promised and some of her requests were not honored such as removing a sticker from the windshield and shampooing all carpets. The real carpet was not done and there were several spots that were not clean. It was not a $160. value. More
