No one called to let me know the progress and let me know that the repair would not be done on the day they said. I called and the operator for service disconnected me before I talked to anyone. The work was done timely everyone is very nice but the car ran poorly on the way home and check light came on too. 100,000 mike service on my 2018 Acadia was fast and efficient and the vehicle seems to be running better. The only drawback was the cost, about $1000.
