I came in for an oil change and a nail in my tire. I paid for the tire warranty when I purchased my vehicle. Because of a lack of communication between the sales department and the service department, I had to make 2 trips to get the service done. Then, the service department only did half of the work. Every time I scheduled something, my salesperson wasn't there and the services that were supposed to be coordinated were not. I had a better experience the first time that I purchased a vehicle here. I felt as if I was in the way of business with my presence at drop off and pick up, I wasn’t sure where to go, or the process of being helped. Few people were eager to share this info with me.
