It took four days of my car sitting in the garage before they could even work on it. Why can’t they coordinate with the adjuster so that it’s in the garage on the day they’ll come by and look at it? The service was covered by the service plan we purchased through them, but the quoted cost Quebedeax claimed was $200 more then the garage that originally found the issue (and would have fixed that same day) ... making the service plan, so far, feel like a real pain with little benefit! From the start everything was wrong. They called to schedule me for front brake work that was going to take a few days, didn’t have a rental set up. Took another week to get scheduled. Finally scheduled, dropped car off was asked what work they were doing (remember they booked the service), had my car a week with no communication on status. Called to find out what was going on was told that they fixed the dome light and cats (never told about those things being worked on), waiting on a part, no mention of the front brakes. Call 2 days later as I still had no updates. Tells me that they put cats back on the car and o2 sensors, work that I did not okay to be done to my car. Go down to the service center get a run around from Adam. Then Josh (used) and Adam meet with me tell me the work has to be done. Was rude the entire time. Never once told my car was not in the service center. Now I am having to pay to correct the issues they created with my car, front brakes were never done. More

Instead of fixing vehicle they made it worse and blamed me for the issue? Now I have to find time to take it back. Plastic bumper piece was barely separating from top piece, they told me I ran over somet me for the issue? Now I have to find time to take it back. When I got home I slid underneath and could find no sign of impact as they told me, in fact muffler was in direct line of issue so it would have a dent in it if I did run something over. Said they tried to fix it best they could ended up separating the whole piece across looks like crap, in the beginning there was just a small separation now the whole piece is pulled out! I spoke with Adam about it said bring it back, I live 40 minutes away and cannot bring back ASAP, this should have been repaired on first visit if it couldn't be repaired then they shouldn't have screwed with it and made it worse! Mt oil change took 3 1/2 hours to complete yesterday. If I had not started complaining at the 2 hour point, I'm sure it would have been longer. I will no longer be doing business with your company. When I try to use my windshield wiper fluid I was out, I though that they already check the fluid and it makes me weary as to what else they state they did but actually didn't even with something simple as fluids. Incredibly poor Service Dept. Wife and I bought a used vehicle from Quebedeaux in the middle of January, and the vehicle has spent more time in their shop than it has in our own possession. They deleted codes from the dash before selling us the vehicle without actually fixing the problem that was causing the codes to fire in the first place. I assume that this was because they couldn't figure out how to fix the problem, as that is what is going on now. Not only is their ability to fix the problem a huge issue, but so is their ability to communicate with customers. The manager Adam sits there with glazed-over eyes (could very well be drooling on himself underneath his mask) when you talk to him. He doesn't have the ability to pick up a phone after sitting on a vehicle for five straight days to give an update either. We have had so many issues with him that our point of contact now is his boss Gus. We have filed a complaint with BBB, and likely will be invoking Lemon Law. More
I felt like the service advisor was working against me and I had to educate him when I mentioned about the oil change in the LT4 motor from 2019 onward. It took me writing it on the drop-off envelope, several calls, and multiple texts with pics of my sources. I dropped the car (‘18 ZL1 1LE) off the night before for a 07:30AM service. I was under the impression that I was taking it there for the 7500 mile service. They told me it was essentially an oil change and all the services until around 30k miles (they never confirmed the actual mileage) are oil changes and a multipoint inspection (they never reviewed the inspection either; if they’re supposed to do that and from the survey I’m guessing they are). So if it was an oil change and a multipoint inspection and I dropped it off the night before, for an appointment at opening (supposedly 07:30, but the phones aren’t turned on till 8), why did it take nearly till closing for me to get my car back? The service advisor never bothered to call me to tell me my car was ready; even after I had been in touch with him and the service manager multiple times during the day. I called back about an hour and a half before closing as the advisor hadn’t returned a previous message and the service manager had answered and told me it was ready. Then when I got my car back, it was still dirty; they said they don’t wash them now because of COVID; there’s no science behind washing the outside of someone’s car and them getting COVID-19; it’s just an excuse to withhold normal services. My favorite thing was that they didn’t touch the settings for my seat, but my settings are tied to my key fob anyway so I wouldn’t know if they had. They also didn’t mess with my tire pressures which is appreciated because they’re already at the factory settings. Last, I didn’t remember my service coupon until after I had paid and the advisor said he couldn’t do anything since it was already rung up, but the service manager stepped in and signed my coupon and erased the expiration date so I would be sure to be able to use it in time for my next service.
